As conditions evolve, we are taking precautionary actions to mitigate exposure and reduce the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on our customers and employees. We are encouraging customers to use pay in lane machines at facilities that have parking attendants and to use Passport Parking to pay with your phone and limit social contact. Monthly Account Suspension/Cancellation Options
We at Pay2Park, recognize that the nation is experiencing a pandemic, the likes of which we have never seen before. The effects of the COVID-19 virus are expansive and indiscriminate. We pledge to do whatever we can as a company and good neighbors to work through these difficult times together, in an effort to prevent the spread of this virus while supporting our staff and customers. Your options to suspend or cancel monthly parking accounts are as follows:

All Pay2Park Surface Lots
As we anticipate many of our loyal customers will not require our parking services for the unforeseen future, we have elected to waive the required 30 day advance notice, typically required to temporarily suspend monthly accounts, for the month of April 2020 at all surface lots. This does not include the Main Place parking ramp. If you find yourself in need of this temporary suspension for the month of April 2020, please send an email including the account name and lot location to info@pay2park.net by no later than April 1, 2020.

Main Place Parking Ramp
In accordance with our Management Agreement at the Main Place Ramp, we require a 30 day advance written notice for cancellation of monthly accounts at this location. Tenants in the Main Place Mall and Food Court, and their employees, are exempted from the 30 day notice requirement. Accordingly, for most people monthly payments for April 2020 cannot be waived. Until April 1, 2020 we can accept your email, as notice of suspension/cancellation for May 2020. Please send an email including the account name to info@pay2park.net by no later than April 1, 2020, to cancel/suspend in May. All Pay2Park Locations Monthly parking will continue to be available on a calendar month basis without proration for days not used for those that do not request a suspension. Any payment already received for a suspended account will be credited to the account when reactivated.
